		<description>The first thing I want to do when starting a SharePoint project is to have a SharePoint server on which to facilitate the project. I think that hoping any technology will produce collaboration is flawed. All we can hope to do is facilitate the process (business or social)and your post reminds us of the different behaviours and preferences that we need to cater for.</description>
