The importance of objectifying and removing the &#039;emotional element&#039; to points and counter points is one of the biggest challanges I think any of us face when facilitating meetings, or trying to have a good &#039;creative&#039; discussion about improving processes.

When the robots take over, all of this will be so much easier. :)</description>
